Limits and Closing Accounts

Setting Limits

Players are able to set limits in the following elements:

1. Deposit Limit
2. Loss Limit
3. Daily Time Limit

To set your limits: Log in, and go to Manage your account > Responsible Gambling > set limits to choose a limit that meets your needs.

Please note when setting limits that wait periods may apply to changes: Lowering your limits will apply immediately, a request to raise your limit has a seven (7) day wait period before it takes affect.

Close Account

To close your account: Please go to Manage Your Account > Responsible Gambling > Deactivate your account or click here.
